I'm Samuel McHargue, a Tax Associate at KPMG in Anchorage, Alaska, and a CPA candidate.

Before public accounting, I ran a few small businesses, beginning with a crypto mining setup in high school and later a YouTube channel and an e-commerce operation. I studied Finance at California Baptist University with a minor in Real Estate.

This site is where I write about practical AI use in professional services. I test tools against real accounting and finance tasks, publish the results, and try to be honest about what works and what doesn't. The site and the newsletter are free. There is nothing to buy, and that is not going to change.
